Merge new map client into master branch

David Avedis Injarabian requested to merge map-change into master

New map client to replace ORS-map-client. Changed configuration files in ORS to use our own local tartu.osm map file. Dockerized new map client and configured deploy script to launch it instead of ORS-map-client
