Well, this is a bit of an awkward gitlab but it is my first research based one, and it included my learning through C++ pointers and classes (or families and creating the entire world). The C++ part is mostly the integration method and the julia code is the wrapper of it for the analysis. Comments are provided within the scripts.

Code uses partial charges from VASP results (PARCHG) and creates STM images. Then, it compares the simulated images to experimental ones and finds the microscopy data like tip radius, thermal drift, etc.
